What are the payment options?

You can shop at Made Status with confidence. We have a tightly secure payment system in place, offering safe credit card and Paypal transactions for our customers.
How long will it take to get my order?
We ship orders on Mondays to Fridays during office hours only. We don't operate on public holidays. We always aim to post your order as quickly as possible, but there might be some delays – especially after releases! Your patience is appreciated.
Standard shipping is available for a $10 flat fee – this goes through Australia Post and is trackable.
Express shipping is available for a $15 flat fee and is a fully trackable service where you will receive full email updates throughout the whole process from dispatch to delivery. Your package should arrive in 1 to 3 business days once shipped.
Standard shipping is available for a $15 flat fee – this goes through Australia Post and is NOT trackable. Your gear should appear in about 1 to 3 weeks after we ship, it but due to unforeseen circumstances it can take up to 5 weeks. If you choose this option and your package goes missing, Made Status cannot be held liable.
Express shipping is available for a $20 flat fee and is a fully trackable service where you will receive full email updates throughout the whole process from dispatch to delivery. Your gear will arrive in about 2 to 5 working days once shipped. Australia Post will usually deliver between the hours of 9am to 5pm and will request a signature. If you aren't available when your parcel arrives, the delivery driver will leave a card with instructions on how to pick up.

How will I make a product return?
Due to the exclusivity of our product range, numbers are limited – so please chose carefully.
If the product does not fit, you have 30 days to return it via post.
If your preferred size is no longer available, store credit will be issued.
